Olivia Powell, an Ohio State-bound senior at Woodward Academy in Georgia representing Drive Phase Track Club, took third in the championship girls 100-meter hurdles in a wind-legal 13.65 seconds at New Balance Nationals Outdoor at Franklin Field in Philadelphia.
